The combined gross household income must be at least 3× the monthly rent, with valid proof of income required. Income will be validated by a third party like Snappt. Accepted documentation includes pay stubs, W-2 forms, company offer letters, or bank statements showing deposits. Credit history, score, and background screening are also evaluated. Our application and administrative charges are as follows:
- Application Fee: $75
- Administration Fee: $300
- Deposit: Traditional cash deposits available or handled through Jetty, which offers flexible payment options.
Your roommate will not be approved to lease or live onsite, but you can still proceed with your own application independently.
Yes, LEO at Cartersville is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of two pets per home, subject to pet fees and monthly pet rent. Certain breed restrictions apply.
The security deposit is determined based on the results of the background screening.
After your initial lease, it will default to month-to-month unless you renew or provide a 60-day notice. A month-to-month fee applies.
